At HSN, Returns are Easy!
It’s so easy, here’s all you need to know:
- Locate the available return method(s) listed on the packing slip.
- Select your preferred method of return.
- Remove the original shipping label from the outside of the package and replace it with the selected return label.
That’s it!
A detailed overview of the process…
You have the option to use our HSN Easy Return Label or the shipping carrier of your choice. To print a return label, sign in to your HSN.com account from a desktop computer and go to Order Status, then click Return Options and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.
Step 1: Let us know the reason for your return and how you would like your return to be handled (refund, exchange, etc.) by completing the return form and enclosing it in the package along with your return. If printing your return label online, a return form will be available for you to print.
Step 2: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces, so always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
Step 3: Choose a return method:
Option A: Use the prepaid HSN Easy Return Label.
Option B: Use a shipping carrier of your choice.
Step 4: Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in.
If you’re using the HSN Easy Return Label, affix your printed label to your package. Return the package to the carrier listed on the HSN Easy Return Label. Charges for the HSN Easy Return Label appear right on the label. Your return fee is deducted from your refund. Purchasing insurance is not necessary because it’s included with the label charges. If an item is returned due to defect, HSN error, or you are requesting an exchange/replacement, HSN will refund the shipping & handling and will not deduct the Easy Return Label fee.
If you’re returning through a shipping carrier of your choice, select ground service and insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned. Remember to enclose the completed return form in the package. Keep the remaining invoice for your records. Send your package to the HSN return address provided on the HSN Easy Return Label. For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
